Select the help icon from the “Session ID” field.
The “Help on Session ID” page appears.
The system displays the following.

Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box.

Session ID |
To view all session ID containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of the session Ids in any combination with wild cards. |
|
Process From |
The date from which the employee rota schedule is processed. |
|
Process To |
The date until which the employee rota schedule is processed. |
|
Latest Session ID |
To view the latest session ID containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of the latest session Id in any combination with wild cards. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
The multiline displays the following details of the records that satisfy your search criteria

Session ID |
The session ID that uniquely identifies the processing carried out on a specified set or batch of records. |
|
From Date |
The date from which the session ID is processed. |
|
To Date |
The date until which the session ID is processed. |
In the multiline, check the “Select” box against the record that you want to select.
Select the “OK” pushbutton.
The session ID you selected is displayed in the previous page.
