To edit the time deviation request, in detail

Start Time

The deviated start time of the shift, on the date of deviation. Ensure that this time is before the scheduled end time of the last work session. .

End Time

The deviated end time of the shift, on the date of deviation. Ensure that this time is after the scheduled start time of the first work session. See Permission for time deviation.

From Time

The start time for each session of the shift, for the employee. You need to ensure that

 

  • The start time of the first session within the shift must be the same as the start time of the shift for the employee

 

  • The start time of each of the other sessions must follow the end time of the previous session, with no time gap in-between.

To Time

The end time for each session of the shift, for the employee. You need to ensure that the end time of the last session within the shift must be the same as the end time of the shift.

Time Type

Indicate whether the session you are defining is a work session or a break session, by selecting “Work Time” or “Break Type” from the drop-down list box.

To authorize the time deviation request

Total Shift Time

The total number of hours that the shift will constitute, for the employee.

Total Break Time

The total number of hours that will constitute interval/break, during the shift, for the employee.

Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user

Employment Unit

The organization unit in which the time deviation must be authorized.

Employee Code

The employee code of the employee selected in the multiline of the “Select Request to Authorize” page.

Assignment No.

The number of the assignment pertaining to which the employee is in the rota schedule

Request No.

The unique number generated by the system in the “Request Time Deviation” activity, to identify the request made by the employee

Date of Deviation

The date on which there will be a deviation in the shift timings.

Shift Code

The code that identifies the shift

Scheduled Start Time

The time at which this shift starts

Scheduled End Time

The time at which this shift ends.

Deviation Reason

The reason specified by the employee for requesting the deviation
