You must be scheduled for a shift, on each of the requested dates
Shift deviation must be allowed for the rota plan from which your rota schedule is derived. Permission is allowed or disallowed for a rota plan, in the Time Management Scheduling component
How do I know my deviated is updated?
You can view the employee timetable. Select the “Employee Timetable” link.
If my request is rejected, what must I do?
You can access the request again, through the “Edit Shift Deviation Request” or the Edit Time Deviation Request” activities, and edit the details of the request. The reason for rejection of the request is shown in the activity.
I cannot access certain requests, to edit
If your request has been authorized already, it will not be made available for editing.
What is the scope of my authorization?
While authorizing a time deviation request, you can edit the following details of this request
The start time of the scheduled shift
The end time of the scheduled shift
The start or end time of each work session or break session of which the shift consists
While authorizing a shift deviation request, you can edit the following details of this request
The effective start date of the shift deviation
The effective end date of the shift deviation
