Viewing a session

Select the “View Session” link in the “Select Session to View” page
The “View Session” page appears.
The system displays the following.

Date format |
The date format as applicable to the login user. Tell me more |
|
Training General Information Unit |
The training general information unit selected in the previous page. |
|
Session Code |
The unique code that identifies the session, you selected in the previous page. |
|
Session Short Description |
A brief and unique description of the session code. |
|
Session Long Description |
A detailed description of the session. |
|
Inactive |
If the session is currently inactive, the system displays “Yes” otherwise “No” is displayed. |
The system displays the following in the “Session Details” multiline.

From Time |
The starting time of a particular time type. |
|
To Time |
The ending time of a particular time type. |
|
Time Type |
The type of the specified time range whether “Working Time” or “Break Time”. |
|
Remarks |
Any remarks pertaining to the course. |
The system calculates and displays the following based on the entries in the “Session Details” multiline.

Total Session Time |
The total session time is the difference between the time entered in the last row of the “To Time” column and the time entered in the first row of the “From Time” column including the “Break Time”. |
|
Total Break Time |
The total break time is the sum of all the hours entered as “Break Time”. |
|
Net Session Time |
The net session time for a training program is the difference between the total session time and total break time. |
Select the book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box containing the comments that were entered previously, if any.
