Selecting a course provider to view

Select the “View Course Provider” link from left pane.
The “Select Course Provider to View” page appears.
The system displays the following.

Date format |
The date format as applicable to the login user. Tell me more |
Enter the following.

Training General Information Unit |
Select the organization unit in which you want to view the details of the course provider for training program. Tell me more |

Language |
From the drop-down list box, select the required language. By default the system displays the language as ”English”. |
To select through direct entry
Use this method if you know the complete code of the course provider.
Enter the code of the course provider that must be viewed, in the “Course Provider Code” field.
Select the “View Course Provider” link.
The “View Course Provider” page appears. You can view the required details.
To select through search criteria
Use this method, if you know just a few characters of the course provider code or the course provider description.
Specify any of the following in the “Search Criteria” group box.

Course Provider Code |
To view the course provider codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the course provider codes. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, CP1*, will search for those session codes that start with s1. Other examples are *1, CP*1 and CP* |

Course Provider Description |
To view all course provider short descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the description. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. |
Select the “ Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following details in the multiline, for the course provider records that satisfy the search criteria specified in the “Search Results” multiline.

Course Provider Code |
The unique code of the course provider. |
|
Course Provider Description |
A brief description of the course provider. |
|
Inactive |
If the course provider is currently inactive, the system displays “Yes” otherwise “No” is displayed. |
Select the required hyperlinked course provider code from the multiline.
The “View Course Provider” page appears.
