Editing a course provider

Select the hyperlinked course provider code in the “Select Course Provider to Edit” page
The “Edit Course Provider” page appears.
The system displays the following, which cannot be edited.

The training general information unit selected in the previous page. |

Course Provider Code |
The unique code that identifies the course provider, you selected in the previous page. |
You can edit the following.

Course Provider Short Description |
A brief and unique description of the course provider code. You can enter upto a maximum of 12 characters. This is mandatory. |

Course Provider Long Description |
A detailed description of the course provider. You can enter upto a maximum of 40 characters. |
|
Inactive |
Select this checkbox only if you want the course provider to be currently inactive. |
|
Address |
The address of the course provider. |
|
City |
The name of the city of the course provider. |
|
Zip |
The zip code of the course provider. |
|
State |
The name of the state of the course provider. |
|
Country |
The name of the country of the course provider. |
|
Fax |
The fax number of the course provider. |
|
Phone |
The phone number of the course provider. |
|
|
The electronic mail identity of the course provider. |
|
Training Information Links |
The links that are provided to the trainees to view the training information and the materials required for the training. |
To save the course provider details
Select the “Save” pushbutton.
The system saves the details that you modified.
To delete the course provider record
Select the “Delete” pushbutton.
The system deletes the entire course provider record.
Note: The system allows deletion of Course Provider as long as the course provider is not in use, i.e. Course provider has not been associated to any course.
