Using Online Help

       Select “Allowances” link at the bottom of the “Time Sheet Entry” page.

The “Allowances” page appears.

The system displays the following.

Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user.

Tell me more

       Enter the following.

Employment Unit

From the drop-down list box select the employment unit of the employee. Tell me more.

Year

The year for which allowance details must be viewed.

Month

From the drop-down list box, select the month of the year for which the allowance details must be viewed.

From Date

The start date in the range of dates, starting from which the allowance details must be viewed.

To Date

The end date in the range of dates, until which the allowance details must be viewed.

Employee Code From

The code of employee starting from which the allowance details must be viewed

Help available.

Employee Code To

The code of the employee until which the allowance details must be viewed.

Help available.

Department Code

The code identifying the department to which the employee belongs.

Help available.

Exception Status

From the drop-down list box, select the exception status. The Exception status would be generated based on the Time in and Time Out details of the record. This status is used for identifying the Exception attendance records that includes records like Missing In, Missing Out, Lateness, Early Out, Swipe Overlapping with leave etc.

Display By

From the drop-down list box, select the display criteria.

Status

From the drop-down list box, select the status of the record. The system lists the options “Pending For Authorization”, “Authorized”, “Draft”, “Rejected”, "System Disapproved" and “Revoked”.

       Select the “Search” pushbutton.

The system displays the following.

Employee Code

The unique code of the employee.

Employee Name

The name of the employee.

Date

The date for which the record is to be authorized.

Day Type

The day type of the date may be "Working Day" or "Non-Working Day".

From Date

The date from which the attendance details exist for the employee.

From Time

The time from which the employee started working.

To Date

The date until which the attendance details exist for the employee.

To Time

The time till which the employee had worked for the day.

OT From Date

The starting date in the range of dates, for which the employee had worked overtime.

OT From Time

The time starting from which the employee had worked extra hours.

OT To Date

The ending date in the range of dates, till which the employee had worked extra hours.

OT To Time

The time till which the employee has worked extra hours.

OT 1.0 x

The number of hours of over time worked for the specific date. “OT 1.0 x” implies that the pay for the over time will be equivalent to the pay given for an hour.

OT 1.5 x

The number of hours of over time worked for the specific date. “OT 1.5 x” implies that the pay for the over time will be 1.5 times the pay given for an hour.

OT 2.0 x

The number of hours of over time worked for the specific date. “OT 2.0 x” implies that the pay for the over time will be 2.0 times the pay given for an hour.

Allowances 1

The allowance amount paid to the employee against the specific allowance.

Allowances 2

The allowance amount paid to the employee against the specific allowance.

Allowances 3

The allowance amount paid to the employee against the specific allowance.

Allowances 4

The allowance amount paid to the employee against the specific allowance.

Allowances 5

The allowance amount paid to the employee against the specific allowance.

Allowances 6

The allowance amount paid to the employee against the specific allowance.

Allowances 7

The allowance amount paid to the employee against the specific allowance.

Allowances 8

The allowance amount paid to the employee against the specific allowance.

Allowances 9

The allowance amount paid to the employee against the specific allowance.

Allowances 10

The allowance amount paid to the employee against the specific allowance.

Late(mins)

The number of minutes by which the employee was late for work.

Early(mins)

The number of minutes by which the employee left early.

Absent Hours

The number of hours for which the employee was absent.

Exception Status

The Exception status would be generated based on the Time in and Time Out details of the record.
