The name of the training program selected in the previous page.

Module

The name of the training module selected in the previous page.

Course

The name of the course selected in the previous page.

Training Expense Head

The training expense head selected in the previous page.

Expense Booking Date

The expense booking date specified in the previous page.

Currency

The type of currency as specified  in the previous page. 

Employee Code

The unique code the employee

Employee name

The name of the employee

Position Title

The title of the position held by the employee.

Department

The name of the department to which the employee belongs.

Job Title

The title of the job held by the employee

Amount

The amount that is allocated against the each employee for training.

Remarks

Any remarks pertaining to the training cost incurred on the employee.

Total

The total amount incurred on all the employees for the training program.  The total amount should correspond to the amount entered against the 'Training Expense Head'.

Comments

Any comments pertaining to the cost allocation for the training purpose
