Taiwan Statutory Rate Tables
Through this activity, you can specify a rate table for labour insurance, national health insurance and pension fund based on which the employee’s tax is computed.
This activity has three tabs namely:
Labour Insurance - Labor Insurance is contributed by both employee and employer. The employer must enroll all employees upon hire. The employment insurance for both employee and employer will be computed.
National Health Insurance - The National Health Insurance (NHI) scheme applies to all citizens in Taiwan and Foreign employees and their dependents. The system computes the NHI based on the enrolment date (entity join date)/withdrawn date (termination date) provided in Employee Personal Details screen.
Pension Fund – The employee must be a Taiwan citizen to contribute for Pension Fund. The employer is required to make monthly contribution to the retirement fund.
You can also modify the details specified earlier.
Select the “Taiwan Statutory Rate Tables” from the left pane.
The “Taiwan Statutory Rate Tables” page appears.
