The system displays the following.

Date format

The date format as applicable to the login user.  Tell me more

SSS Administration Unit

From the drop-down list box, select the organization unit in which you want to evaluate the suggestions of an employee.  Tell me more

To select through search criteria

Use this method to retrieve the suggestion that you want to evaluate.

Employment Unit

To view the suggestions of employees of employment units containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the employment unit.

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards.

Department Short Description

To view the suggestions of employees belonging to departments with short descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the description.

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, *R, H*.

Suggestor Employee Code

To view the suggestions of suggestors with employee codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the employee codes.

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, E1*, will search for those employee codes that start with E1. Other examples are *1, E*1 and E*.

Suggestor Employee Name

To view the suggestions of suggestors with employee names containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the name.

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, *Lee, Lee*, and *Lee*.

Suggestion Area

From the drop-down list box, select the area for which you want to view all the suggestions. 

The drop-down list displays values, such as Finance Related, Training, Work Condition, Office Procedures, etc.

Action Status

From the drop-down list box, select the action status for which you want to view all the suggestions. 

The drop-down list displays the following values:

  • Pending Evaluation – This means that the suggestion is submitted for evaluation.

  • To be Implemented – This means that the suggestion will be implemented.

  • Not Implemented – This means that the suggestion will not be implemented.

  • Pending 2nd Level Evaluation – This means that the suggestion is evaluated by one coordinator and needs to be evaluated by another coordinator/administrator.

Submission Date From

The submission date from which you want to view the suggestions.

Submission Date To

The submission date till which you want to view the suggestions.

From Suggestion No

The suggestion number from which you want to view the staff suggestions.

To Suggestion No

The suggestion number till which you want to view the staff suggestions.

Award Payment Status

From the drop-down list box, select the award payment status for which you want to view all the suggestions. 

The drop-down list displays values “Paid” and “Unpaid”.

Coordinator Employee Code

To view the suggestions evaluated by coordinators with employee codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the employee codes.

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, E1*, will search for those employee codes that start with E1. Other examples are *1, E*1 and E*.

Coordinator Employee Name

To view the suggestions evaluated by coordinators with employee names containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the name.

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, *Lee, Lee*, and *Lee*.

The system displays the following details in the multiline, for the employee suggestions that satisfy the search criteria specified in the “Search Results” multiline.

Suggestion No.

The unique number that identifies a suggestion.

Submission Date

The date on which the suggestion was submitted.

Suggestor Employee Code

The unique code of the employee who made the specific suggestion.

Suggestor Name

The name of the employee who made the specific suggestion.

Employment Unit

The name of the employment unit to which the employee who made the specific suggestion belongs.

Department

The department of the employee.

Suggestion Area

The suggestion area for which the suggestor has made the suggestion.

Coordinator Emp Code

The unique employee code of the coordinator.

Coordinator Name

The name of the coordinator corresponding to the code.

Coordinator Employment Unit

The name of the employment unit to which the coordinator belongs.

Action Status

The action status of the specific suggestion.

The action status will be one of the following values:

  • Pending Evaluation – This means that the suggestion is submitted for evaluation.

  • To be Implemented – This means that the suggestion will be implemented.

  • Not Implemented – This means that the suggestion will not be implemented.

  • Pending 2nd Level Evaluation – This means that the suggestion is evaluated by one coordinator and needs to be evaluated by another coordinator/administrator.

Awards ($)

The award for the suggestion made.  The amount in terms of Singapore dollars, if the award type is “Special Payment”.

Award Payment Status

The payment status of the award for the suggestion, whether “Paid” or “Unpaid”.

The “Suggestion Administration” page appears.  You can evaluate the suggestions.
