Getting Help on Apartment

Select the help icon next to the “Apartment Code” in the multiline.
The “Help on Apartment" page appears.
The system displays the following:

Singapore Statutory Setup Unit |
The description of the organization unit in which the ‘Singapore Statutory Setup Unit’ component is deployed. |

Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
Enter any one or more of the following search criteria:

Apartment Code |
To view all the apartment codes containing specific characters type in the starting character or characters of these apartment codes in any combination with wild cards. Examples: APP1*, A*P1, APP*1. |
|
Apartment Short Description |
To view all the apartment short descriptions containing specific characters type in the starting character or characters of these apartment short descriptions in any combination with wild cards. |
|
Apartment Name |
To view all the apartment names containing specific characters type in the starting character or characters of these apartment names in any combination with wild cards. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following apartment details based on the search criteria:

Apartment Code
|
A unique code of the apartment. |
|
Apartment Short Description
|
A short description of the apartment. |
|
Apartment Name
|
The name of the apartment. |
|
Address |
The address of the apartment. |
Select the checkbox against the record in the multiline.
Select the "OK" pushbutton.
The apartment details are transferred to the previous page.
