Getting Help on User Login Role

Ensure that you are in the “Help On User Login Role page.
To select through search criteria
Enter the following
User Name |
To view the user names containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the user names. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, c1*, will search for those user names that start with c1. Other examples are *c1, c*1 and c1* |
Employee Code |
To view all the employee codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee codes. |
Employee Name |
To view all the employee names containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these employee names. |
Login Role |
To view all login roles containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of role. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example, m*, will search for those roles that start with m. Other examples are *m, m*r, and *m* |
Select the “ Search” pushbutton.
Note: If only one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records that satisfy this value. If more than one search criteria value is entered, the system will fetch the records satisfying all the specified values. If you do not enter any value in the search criteria group box and select the “Search” pushbutton, the system will fetch all the records.
The “Search Results” multiline displays the following
User Name |
The name of the user. |
Employee Code |
The unique code of the employee. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
Login Role |
The login role defined for the user |
Select the "OK" pushbutton.
