Specify the type of security permissions i.e., “Private”, “Public” or “Selective”. The system displays the names of the users applicable for the specified permission type. You can set security permissions to the required users in the specified permission type.
4 Select the “Private” check box if the security permissions type is private.
4 Select the “Public” check box if the security permissions type is public.
4 Select the “Selective” check box if the security permissions type is selective.
4 Select the “Get Users” pushbutton. The system displays in the multiline below the names of users applicable to the specified permission type.
4 Select the “Allow” check box corresponding to the required user name in the multiline.
