In the multiline of the previous page, select the check the box contained in the employee record for which you require to view past appraisal details.
Select the “View Past Employee Appraisal” link at the bottom of the “Succession Plan for Employee” page.
The “Select Appraisal Type” page appears.
The system displays the following from the previous page
Succession Planning Unit |
The organization unit in which the Succession Planning Setup component is deployed |
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
Employment Unit |
The employment unit of the employee |
Employee |
The employee code and name of the employee |
Assignment No. |
The number of the employee’s primary assignment. |
Department |
The name of the department to which the employee belongs |
Job Title |
The title of the job held by the employee |
Position Title |
The title of the position held by the employee |
Joining Date |
The joining date of the employee |
Confirmation Date |
The confirmation date of the employee. |

Select the hyperlinked appraisal type from the “Appraisal Type” multiline in the “Select Appraisal Type” page.
