Qualitative Assessment Details

From the drop-down list box, select the qualitative assessment factor - which indicates the progress details in implementing the set employment equity plan. The system lists the options “Affirmative Measures”, “Allocation of Resources”, “Awareness of Employee Equity” and “Barriers”. 

The system displays the following.

Category

The categories pertaining to the selected qualitative assessment factor.

No. of Employees Covered

The number of employees covered in the selected qualitative assessment factor.

Yes/No

From the drop-down list box, select “Yes” if the category has been complied, else select “No”.

If Yes, Specify

The details of the category compliance.

To record the details of the CEO at the time of submitting this report

Name and Surname

The name and surname of the CEO.

Phone

The phone number of the CEO.

Fax

The fax number of the CEO.

E-mail

The e -mail  address of  the CEO.

To record the details of Senior Manager for Employment Equity at the time of submitting this report

Name and Surname

The name and surname of the senior manager.

Phone

The phone number of the senior manager.

The fax number of the senior manager.

E-mail

The e -mail  address of  the senior manager.
