Recording employment equity actuals
Select the “Employment Equity Actuals” link under the “Employer Equity Setup Act” business component.
The “Employment Equity Actuals” page appears.
The system displays the following field.

Statutory Setup Unit |
From the drop-down list box, select the organization unit of the employer. Tell me more. |
Employment Equity Plan Code |
The code identifying the employment equity plan. |

The description of the employment equity actuals. |
Actuals From Date |
The stating date from which the employment equity actuals is effective. |

The ending date within which the employment equity actuals is effective. |
Select the “Get” pushbutton.
The system displays the following.

Plan From Date |
The starting date from which the employment equity plan is effective. |

The ending date within which the employment equity plan is effective. |

The status of the employment equity plan. |
Indicate the qualitative assessment details
Enter the following:
Qualitative Assessment Details |
From the drop-down list box, select the qualitative assessment factor - which indicates the progress details in implementing the set employment equity plan. The system lists the options “Affirmative Measures”, “Allocation of Resources”, “Awareness of Employee Equity” and “Barriers”. |
The system displays the following.

The categories pertaining to the selected qualitative assessment factor. |
Enter the following:
No. of Employees Covered |
The number of employees covered in the selected qualitative assessment factor. |
Yes/No |
From the drop-down list box, select “Yes” if the category has been complied, else select “No”. |
If Yes, Specify |
The details of the category compliance. |
To record the details of the CEO at the time of submitting this report
Name and Surname |
The name and surname of the CEO. |
Phone |
The phone number of the CEO. |
Fax |
The fax number of the CEO. |

Specify the period for monitoring progress of actuals
Enter the following in the “Monitor Progress of Implementation” group box:
Periodicity |
From the drop-down list box, select the frequency of monitoring the progress of implementation of the plan. |
To record the employment equity actuals
Select the “Save” pushbutton to record the employment equity actuals.
To delete the employment equity actuals
Select the “Delete” pushbutton to delete the employment equity actuals.
To proceed
Select the “Record Additional Equity Actuals” link to record additional equity actuals details.
