Getting Help on Application ID
Select the help icon next to the “Application ID” in the multiline.
The “Help on Application ID" page appears.
The system displays the following:
Reporting Unit |
From the drop-down list box, select the reporting unit for which the report has to be generated. |
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
Enter any one or more of the following search criteria:
Application ID |
To view all the application ID containing specific characters type in the starting character or characters of these application ID in any combination with wild cards. Examples: APP1*, A*P1, APP*1. |
Employee Code |
To view all the employee codes containing specific characters type in the starting character or characters of these employee code in any combination with wild cards. |
Applicant Name |
To view all the applicant names containing specific characters type in the starting character or characters of these applicant name in any combination with wild cards. |
Work Location |
From the drop-down list box, select the work location for which you require to view the application details |
Date of Joining From |
The date of joining from which you require to view the application details. |
Date of Joining To |
The date of joining until which you require to view the application details |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following application details based on the search criteria:
Application ID |
The unique identifier of the application. |
Employee Code |
The unique code of the employee. |
Employee Name |
The name of the employee. |
Date of Joining |
The date of joining of the employee. |
Work Location |
The work location of the employee. |
Job |
The job of the employee. |
Job Description |
The description of the job of the employee. |
Select the checkbox against the record in the multiline.
Select the "OK" pushbutton.
The application details will be transferred to the previous page.
