Generating the certificate of service report
Select the “BCEA5 – Certificate of Service” link under the “Basic Conditions of Employment” business component.
The “BCEA5 – Certificate of Service” page appears.
The system displays the following field.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. Tell me more. |
Enter the following.
Reporting Unit |
From the drop-down list box, select the reporting unit for which the report has to be generated. Tell me more. |
Enter the following in the “Report Criteria” group box:
Employee Code |
The code identifying the separated employee for whom the BCEA5 certificate has to be generated. Help available |
Select the “Get” pushbutton.
The system displays the following details for the specified employee code.
Employee Name |
The name of the employee for whom the BCEA5 – Certificate of Service report has to be generated. |
Date of Joining |
The date on which the employee joined the organization. |
Date of Seperation |
The date on which the employee separated from the organization. |
Enter the following in the “Display Criteria” group box.
Employee Name Display Format |
From the drop-down list box, select the display format to display the employee name in a specific format in the BCEA5 report. For example, to display the first name, middle name and the last name in an order, you can select a specific format. |
Date Display Format |
From the drop-down list box, select the display format to display the date in a specific format in the BCEA5 report. For example, select “dd/mm/yyyy” format to display the date in the specific format. |
To generate the certificate of service
Select the “Show Report” pusbhutton to generate the BCEA5 report – certificate of service report for the specific employee. This report displays the employee name and the date in the format specified in the display criteria.
