Contract of employment – A summary of the activity
Through this activity, you as an employer can record the contract of employment and generate the contract of employment report before the applicant joins the organization. You can also edit the details of the contract of employment. You can also delete the contract of employment.
Recording details of the applicant: You can record the details of the applicant, such as the following:
The name and gender of the applicant.
The date on which the applicant will join the organization.
The code identifying the employee.
The work location of the applicant.
The notice period that the applicant has to give before separating from the organization.
The details of the wages that will be paid to the applicant, such as the pay element code, pay element description, frequency at which the amount is rated, the amount that is paid against each pay element.
The total remuneration that the applicant will earn every year.
The number of hours the applicant is expected to work on week days and holidays.
The other benefits provided during the course of the employment.
The other conditions of the employment.
Editing the details of the contract of employment: You can edit all the details of the contract of employment other than the applicant id and the employee code.
Deleting the details of the contract of employment: You can delete the details of the contract of employment , which are not required.
Output of the report:The system generates the contract of employment report. You can view the following details in the report:
The name and address of the employer.
The date on which the applicant / employee will join the organization and the employee’s work location.
The title of the job held by the employee.
The duties assigned to the employee.
The notice period that the applicant has to give before separating from the organization.
The details of the wages earned by the applicant such as the pay element code, pay element description, frequency at which the amount is rated, the amount that is paid against each pay element.
The number of hours the applicant is expected to work for week days.
The number of hours the applicant is expected to work on Sundays and Public Holidays.
The number of units of leave entitled to the employee.
