Select the help icon beside the “Session ID.” in the previous
page.
The “Help on Session ID” page appears.
The system displays the following.
Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
Session ID For |
The parent process for which you request help on selecting a session ID. |
Session ID For Reimbursement Setup |
The Session ID for Reimbursement Setup |
To select through search criteria
Enter the following search criteria values, in some or all of the
following fields.
Session ID From. |
To view all the session IDs containing specific characters, type in the character(s) of the Session ID in any combination with wild card, “*”. |
Last ‘n’ Session IDs |
Enter the number of the most recently generated session IDs to be viewed. For instance, if you enter 5, the system will retrieve the 5 most recently generated session IDs. |
Login User - Role |
Check this box, if you wish to retrieve the session IDs initiated by the current login user - role combination only. |
Session ID To. |
The session ID that ends the range of session IDs for which you require to view the details. |
Latest Date |
The processing date for which you require to view session IDs. For instance, if you enter 20/8/2002, the system retrieves all session IDs initiated from this date onwards. |
All User - Role |
Check this box, if you wish to retrieve the session IDs initiated by all the login user – role combinations. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following details that satisfy the search criteria specified, in the search results multiline.
Session ID. |
A unique code that identifies the authorization process. |
User Name |
The name of each user. |
Role |
The role defined for the user during deployment. |
Process Date |
The date on which the process was initiated. |
Process Time |
The time at which the process was initiated. |
Select the “OK” button.
