Getting Help on Claim ID
Select the help icon beside the Claim ID in the previous page.
The “Help on Claim ID” page appears.
The system displays the following.
Reimbursement Claim Unit |
Select the reimbursement claim unit in which you must apply for reimbursement Tell me more |
Employee Code |
The unique code and name of the employee who applied for reimbursement. |
Claim Status |
The system displays any one of the following statuses § Pending Authorization § Authorized |
Select the “Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following details that satisfy the search criteria specified, in the search results multiline.
Claim ID |
The claim identification number/ID selected in the previous page |
Claim Date |
The date on which you apply for the claim |
Claim Status |
The system displays any one of the following statuses § Pending Authorization § Authorized |
Reimbursement Item |
The reimbursement items applicable to the selected Claim Id |
Reimbursement Group |
The reimbursement group to which the item belongs. |
Click OK button.
