Approval Flow

This page allows you to view the approval flow details of RFH.

Click “Approval Flow” Hyperlink at the right hand side corner of the page to navigate to “Approval Flow” pop-up screen.
The system displays the Position Title, RFH Number and Requested Date in the header.
The system displays the Image Indicator and Required Date at the right hand side corner of the pop-up.

The following details are displayed:

Level	The number of approval level (as per workflow).
Approver	The following details are displayed under this column: 4 Photo of the approver 4 Full Name of the approver 4 Position Title of the approver
Date	The date on which the RFH was approved/rejected.
Status	The status of approval.
