The “Manage My Requests” page appears.

This page consists of the following tiles:

Tile: All Requests

The total count of all the RFH requests that are raised by the login employee is retrieved and displayed under pending request section (based on the “View Past Transactions” preference set or system parameter as applicable).

Tile: Pending Approval + Draft

The total count of all the RFH requests that are raised by the login employee that are in “Pending for Authorization” and “Draft” status are retrieved and displayed under pending request section (based on the “View Past Transactions” preference set or system parameter as applicable).

Tile: Approved

The total count of all the RFH requests that are raised by the login in ESS user that are in “Approved” status is retrieved and displayed under pending request section (based on the “View Past Transactions” preference set or system parameter as applicable).

Tile: Rejected

The total count of all the RFH requests that are raised by the login employee that are in “Rejected” status is retrieved and displayed under pending request section (based on the “View Past Transactions” preference set or system parameter as applicable).

Tile: Closed

The total count of all the closed/short closed requests that are raised by the login ESS user which are in “Closed” or “Short Closed” status is retrieved and displayed under pending request section (based on the “View Past Transactions” preference set or system parameter as applicable).

Sort by

From the drop-down list box, select the required option. The combo is loaded with “Position Title”, “Required By Date”, “Request Status” and “RFH Type” options.

Note: The “Requests” multiline is refreshed and retrieved based on the options selected in “Sort By” combo and tile selected.

The following details are displayed in the “Pending Requests” multiline:

Column 1

The details displayed under this column are:

  • Image Indicator, Position Title and Department Name corresponding to the RFH. The image indicator displays the following:

  • Green indicates the request is within deadline (Required By Date)

  • Red indicates the request has crossed the deadline

  • Orange indicates that the request is approaching the deadline

  • RFH Request ID.

  • The status of the RFH request. The RFH status is displayed in

  • “Green” color if the request status is “Approved”.

  • “Red” color if the request status is “Rejected”.

  • “Brown” color if the request status is “Draft” and “Pending for Approval”.

  • “Navy Blue” color if the request status is “Closed”.

Column 2

 

The following details are displayed under this column:

  • Required: Number of resources required.

  • Filled: Number of resources joined against this RFH.

  • Required By Date.

  • Requested Date.

Column 3

  • Click  icon to clone/copy the existing RFH contents and raise a new hire request. On clicking the Icon the New Request screen appears.

  • The user can modify the defaulted values and click on Submit to raise a new hire request.

Column 4

  • Click  icon to edit the hire request. On clicking the Icon the Edit Request screen appears.

  • If the status is in “Draft”, “Pending Authorization” and Not Approved by atleast by 1 level of approver, then the system displayed the edit icon in dark pencil color (enabled) else in grey color (disabled).

Column 5

  • Click  icon to delete the hire request. On clicking the Icon the Task Confirmation pop-up appears.

  • Click “Ok” to delete the hire request or “Cancel” to close the pop-up message.

Column 6

  • Click  icon to launch the recruitment funnel.
