Preferences

This page allows you to define certain defaults/preferences which are applicable to Quick Request and New Request screens.

View Past Transactions Upto

Select an option (number of months) from the drop-down list. This preference influences the data fetched in the Manage My Requests and Manage My Approval pages.

RFH Type To Default

From the drop-down list box, select the type of RFH to default in “Quick Request”. Ex: “Addition”, “Replacement”.

Preferred Position to Default

From the drop-down list box, select the preferred position to default in Quick Request and New Request. Ex: “Senior Manager”, “Associate Director”.

Default Raised Date With

From the drop-down list box, select the raised date to default. Ex: “Today’s Date”.

Resource Stream

From the drop-down list box, select the resource stream to be defaulted in Quick Request and New Request. Ex: “Functional”, “Human Resources”.

Resource Type

From the drop-down list box, select the type of resource to be defaulted in Quick Request and New Request. Ex: “Permanent” and “Temporary”.
