Preferences
This page allows you to define certain defaults/preferences which are applicable to Quick Request and New Request screens.
Click
at
the top right corner of the main screen to navigate to the “Preferences”
screen.
View Past Transactions Upto |
Select an option (number of months) from the drop-down list. This preference influences the data fetched in the Manage My Requests and Manage My Approval pages. |
RFH Type To Default |
From the drop-down list box, select the type of RFH to default in “Quick Request”. Ex: “Addition”, “Replacement”. |
Preferred Position to Default |
From the drop-down list box, select the preferred position to default in Quick Request and New Request. Ex: “Senior Manager”, “Associate Director”. |
Default Raised Date With |
From the drop-down list box, select the raised date to default. Ex: “Today’s Date”. |
Resource Stream |
From the drop-down list box, select the resource stream to be defaulted in Quick Request and New Request. Ex: “Functional”, “Human Resources”. |
Resource Type |
From the drop-down list box, select the type of resource to be defaulted in Quick Request and New Request. Ex: “Permanent” and “Temporary”. |
Click “Save” button to save the preference details.
