Date Format

The format in which the date is displayed.

Employment Unit

Use the drop-down list box to select the employment unit.  The OU descriptions of the OU in which EMPIN component is deployed and is interacting with the report OU along with the value “ALL” get populated.

Appraisal Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the appraisal.

Appraisal Calendar

Use the drop-down list box to select the appraisal calendar.

Discipline

Use the drop-down list box to select the discipline of the employment unit.

Department

Use the drop-down list box to select the department.  The values get populated based upon the employment unit selected.  The department’s long descriptions mapped to the discipline descriptions and for the defaulted EMPIN OU along with the value “ALL” get populated.  The system defaults the value “ALL” on launch of the page.

Position

Use the drop-down list box to select the position.

Grade Set

Use the drop-down list box to select the grade set.  The active grade set defined for the position selected gets populated.

Grade

Use the drop-down list box to select the grade.  The long descriptions of the grade code which has been defined for the selected Grade and the value “ALL” get populated.  The system default the value “ALL” on launch of the page.

Join Date From

The date from which employees have joined.

Join Date To

The date till which employees have joined.

Employee Code

The unique code identifying the employee.  You can enter the employee code in full or specify it partially using the wild card character (*).

Help available

Employee Name

The name of the employee pertaining to the employee code.  You can enter the employee name in full or specify it partially using the wild card character (*).
