The “Record Performance Ratings” page appears.

The system displays the following details.

Employment Unit

The employment unit applicable to the login user as selected in the previous page. Tell me more

Date Format

The format in which the date is displayed. Tell me more

Type

The type of the appraisal.

Calendar Code

The code identifying the appraisal calendar.

Reviewer

The code identifying the reviewer.

Date of Entry

The date on which the appraisal entry is made for the employee.

Employee Code

The code identifying the employee.

Assignment No.

The number identifying the assignment taken up by the employee.

Department

The department of the employee.

Position Title

The position of the employee in the organization.

Relationship

The relationship of the appraiser with the employee.

Reviewer Status

The status of the appraisal.

Objective Type

Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the appraisal objective. The system may display the following options:

  • Company Measurements

  • Job Responsibilities

  •  Success Factors

  •  Any other user defined objective type

Objective Description

The textual description of the objective used for appraisal.

Ratings

Use the drop-down list box to select the appraisal ratings given to the employee.

Remarks/Feedback

Any further comments or feedback given to the employee as a part of appraisal.

The system displays the following details in the “Summary: (% of Completion So Far)” multiline.

Objective Type

The type of the appraisal objective that could be “Company Measurements”, “Job Responsibilities”, and “Success Factors”.

Total Objectives

The total number of the objectives that are to be rated for the objective type.

Rated Objectives

The actual number of objectives to which the appraiser has provided his ratings.

% of Completion

The percentage of completion of the appraisal ratings.

Total Ratings

The total ratings provided by the appraiser for the objective type.

Rating %

The percentage of rating provided for the objective type.
