The code identifying the appraisal calendar. |
Reviewer |
The code identifying the reviewer. |
Date of Entry |
The date on which the appraisal entry is made for the employee. |
Employee Code |
The code identifying the employee. |
Assignment No. |
The number identifying the assignment taken up by the employee. |
Department |
The department of the employee. |
Position Title |
The position of the employee in the organization. |
Relationship |
The relationship of the appraiser with the employee. |
Reviewer Status |
The status of the appraisal. |
Enter the following details in the “Ratings” multiline.
Objective Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the appraisal objective. The system may display the following options:

Click the “Get Details” pushbutton provided alongside, to retrieve the details of the appraisal rating.
Enter the following details.
Objective Description |
The textual description of the objective used for appraisal. |
Ratings |
Use the drop-down list box to select the appraisal ratings given to the employee. |
Remarks/Feedback |
Any further comments or feedback given to the employee as a part of appraisal. |
Click the “Save Draft” pushbutton provided at the bottom of the multiline to save the details of the appraisal rating.
The system displays the following details in the “Summary: (% of Completion So Far)” multiline.
Objective Type |
The type of the appraisal objective that could be “Company Measurements”, “Job Responsibilities”, and “Success Factors”. |
Total Objectives |
The total number of the objectives that are to be rated for the objective type. |
Rated Objectives |
The actual number of objectives to which the appraiser has provided his ratings. |
% of Completion |
The percentage of completion of the appraisal ratings. |
Total Ratings |
The total ratings provided by the appraiser for the objective type. |
Rating % |
The percentage of rating provided for the objective type. |
Select the “Submit Final Ratings” pushbutton provided at the bottom once the appraisal is completed for the selected employee.
To proceed:
Select the “Record Feedback and Goals” link provided at the bottom of the page, to record the feedbacks and goals of the employee.
