The “Record Feedback and Goals” page appears.

The system displays the following.

Employment Unit

The employment unit applicable to the login user, as selected in the previous page. Tell me more

Date Format

The format in which the date is displayed. Tell me more

Type

The type of the appraisal.

Calendar Code

The code identifying the appraisal calendar.

Reviewer

The code and name of the reviewer conducting the appraisal

Date of Entry

The date on which the appraisal entry is made for the employee.

Employee Code

The code identifying the employee.

Assignment No.

The number identifying the assignment taken up by the employee.

Department

The department to which the employee belongs.

Position Title

The position of the employee.

Relationship

The relationship of the appraiser with respect to the employee.

Status

The status of the appraisal.

The system displays the following in the “Performance Improvement” multiline.

Question

The question pertaining to the performance improvement of the employee.

Feedbacks

Any feedbacks pertaining to the performance improvement of the employee. By default the system displays the feedback entered in the previous page.

The system displays the following in the “Habits” multiline.

Habit

The habits mapped under the objective type, against which the employee is rated by the appraiser. 

Order

Use the drop-down list box to specifiy the feedback on the employee’s habit. The system leaves the field blank by default.

Areas of Development

Use the drop-down list box to select the area in which the employee has to improve.

How To Develop

Use the drop-down list box, to select the factor by which the employee has to improve.

Course Details (If Others)

The course details applicable to the employee.

By When?

The date by which the course has to be undertaken.

Cost Associated

The cost associated with the course.

Internal Buddy

The internal source through which the employee could be trained.

Method Of Evaluation

The method by which the evaluation will be performed.

Employee Comments

Any additional comments pertaining to the employee.

Reviewer Comments

Any additional comments pertaining to the reviewer.

Recommended Pay Grid Movement

Use the drop-down list box, to select the factor by which the payment is recommended.
