Enter the following fields
Employment Unit |
Use the drop-down list box to select the employment unit. The system lists all the employment units for which the login user has rights to access. Tell me more |
Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the appraisal. |
Calendar Code |
Use the drop-down list box to select the calendar code. The system lists all the calendar years that are applicable to the appraisal. |
Reviewer |
Use the drop-down list box to select the reviewer conducting the appraisal. |
The system displays the following
Date of Entry |
The date on which the appraisal entry is made for the employee. |
Employee Code |
The code identifying the employee. |
Assignment No. |
The number identifying the assignment taken up by the employee. |
Department |
The department to which the employee belongs. |
Position Title |
The position assigned to the employee. |
Relationship |
The relationship of the reviewer with respect to the employee. |
Status |
The status of the appraisal. |

Objective Type |
Use the drop-down list box to select the type of the appraisal objective. The system may display the following options:
Any other user defined objective type |
Select the “Get Details” pushbutton to retrieve the details in the “Ratings” and the “Summary” multilines.
The system displays the following details in the “Ratings” multiline.
Objective Description |
The textual description of the objective used for appraisal. |
Ratings |
The appraisal ratings given to the employee. |
Remarks/Feedback |
The comments or feedback given to the employee as a part of appraisal. |
The system displays the following details in the “Summary” multiline.
Objective Type |
The type of the appraisal objective that could be “Company Measurements”, “Job Responsibilities”, and “Success Factors”. |
Total Objectives |
The total number of the objectives that are to be rated for the objective type. |
Rated Objectives |
The actual number of objectives to which the appraiser has provided his ratings. |
% of Completion |
The percentage of completion of the appraisal ratings. |
Total Ratings |
The total ratings provided by the appraiser for the objective type. |
Rating % |
The percentage of rating provided for the objective type. |
Select the “View Earlier Feedback and Goals” link provided at the bottom of the page, to view the previously recorded feedback and goals.
Select the “View Summary Report” link provided at the bottom of the page, to view the summary report of the appraisal.
Select the “View Ratings Report” link provided at the bottom of the page, to view the appraisal ratings report.
