Appraisal Self-Service - An Overview
Every employee will be able to perform self-appraisal and provide ratings for the objectives mapped for his/her position. This component allows the employees currently acting as appraisers, to perform appraisal for the other employees mapped to them. You can record the appraisal ratings for a given objective type by selecting an employee for whom the ratings are to be recorded. You can also record the personal goal settings and feedbacks given by the appraiser. The record can be saved as draft in case of any further modification, and finally submitted once the performance appraisal is completed.
After completing the performance appraisal and goal setting, the supervisor can record whether the employee is suitable for a pay grid movement and if so, whether it is a ‘Grade’ change or ‘Position Change’. Once the appraisal is completed in all respects, then the supervisor can authorise the same.
