Viewing payset -employee mapping

Employee Payroll Data Unit	The employee payroll data unit that you selected in the previous page.
Date Format	The date format as applicable to the login page. Tell me more
Org. Unit	The organization unit of the payroll selected in the previous page.
Payroll	The payroll selected in the previous page.
Payset	The payset selected in the previous page.

To view the details of an individual employee

Enter the employee code for which you want to view the payset-employee mapping details in the “Employee Code” field in the header.
Select the “Show Mapping” pushbutton.
The system displays the payset-employee mapping details in the multiline.

To view the details of all the employees

Select “Show Mapping” pushbutton leaving the “Employee Code” blank.
The multiline displays the payset- employee mapping details of all the employees who have been mapped to the selected payset. The following are the fields are displayed in the multiline.

Employee Code	The employee code of each employee mapped.
Employee Name	The name of the employee
Assign.	The assignment number based on which the employee is mapped the selected payset.
Primary Payroll	‘Yes’ indicates that the payset mapped to the employee is primary. ‘No’ indicates that the payset mapping to the employee is non- primary.
From Process Period	The process period from which the mapping of the payset to the employee is effective.
To Process Period	The process period until which the mapping of the payset to the employee is effective
Arrears	“No” indicates that changes cannot be made to process periods for which payrolls have already been processed. “Yes,” indicates that changes can be made to the already processed periods.
