Viewing the mapping of organizational units

Select the “Org. Unit Mapping” link from the “Select Payset to View” page or the "View Payset" page.
The “Org. Unit Mapping” page appears.
The Payset Definition Unit, Payset Code and Descriptions are displayed from the previous page.
Enter the following search criteria values, in one or both of the following fields.

Org. Unit Code |
To view the employment units containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the organization units |
|
Org. Unit Description |
To view all employment unit descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character(s) of the employment unit description. |
Select the “ Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following fields, for the employment units that satisfy your search criteria, provided these employment units are mapped to the selected payset.

Org. Unit Code |
The code of each employment unit where the Employment Information component is deployed. |
|
Org. Unit(s) Description |
The description of the employment unit. |
Select the Cancel icon in the web page tool bar, to exit.
