Viewing a recurring pay element mapped to the payset
Select “Recurring Pay Element” from the drop-down list box in the “View Payset- Pay Element Mapping” page.
The “Recurring Pay Element” page appears.
The system displays the following.
Date Format |
The date format as applicable to the login user. Tell me more |
Payset Definition Unit |
The payset definition unit selected in the previous page. |
Payroll Description |
The system displays the payroll selected in the previous page. |
Payset Code |
The code of the payset selected in the previous page. |
Payset Description |
The description of the payset selected. |
Pay Element Code |
The code of pay element selected in the previous page. |
Pay Element Description |
The description of the pay element code. |
Amount |
The value of the pay element, if it is a flat amount. |
Rule |
If the value is based on a rule, the rule name. The rule or formula is from the “Stored Procedure Builder”. |
Process Every |
A number that indicates the frequency at which the pay element is processed within a process period. For example, if the number is 3, it implies that the pay element is processed during every third process period. If the number specified is 1, the pay element is processed every process period. |
Effective from Process Period |
The process period starting from which the pay element mapping is effective |
Effective to Process Period |
The process period until which the pay element is effective. |
Access Data History |
“Correct” or “Update” is displayed |
“Correct“ indicates that the history of changes is not stored. | |
“Update“ indicates the history of changes is stored. . |
Select the book icon beside the “Comments” field. The system displays a dialog box containing the comments that were entered previously, if any.
You can view, the content.
Select the “Cancel” pushbutton from the web page tool bar to return to the previous page without saving the details entered.
