A number that indicates the frequency at which the pay element is processed within a process period. For example, if the number is 3, it implies that the pay element is processed during every third process period. If the number specified is 1, the pay element is processed every process period.

Effective from Process Period

The process period starting from which the pay element mapping is effective

Effective to Process Period

The process period until which the pay element is effective.

Access Data History

“Correct” or “Update” is displayed
