Select the “View User Permissions - Payroll” hyperlink from the left pane.

To view user permissions for a specific payroll
From the “Payroll Definition Unit” drop-down list box, select the payroll definition unit for which the payroll is applicable. The drop-down list box displays list of all the payroll definition units for which you have permissions to view the user permissions. Tell me more
All the payrolls mapped to the selected payroll definition unit are now available in the “Payroll” drop-down list box. The deleted payrolls are available, as well.
From the drop-down list box, select the payroll for which the user permissions are to be viewed.
The multiline displays the names of all the users who have user permissions to access the specified payroll.
To view user permissions for a specified user
From the “Payroll Definition Unit” drop-down list box, select the payroll definition unit for which the payroll is applicable.
The entire list of users mapped to the selected payroll definition unit are now available in the “User” drop-down list box.
From the “User” drop-down list box, select the required user.
The multiline displays the selected user’s permissions for the different payrolls.
To view the mapping between a specific payroll and user
From the “Payroll” drop-down list box, select the payroll.
From the “User” drop-down list box, select the required user.
If both are selected, and the combination exists, the system will display the combination in the multiline.
Given below is a description of the fields in the multiline.

Payroll |
The payroll for which the user has permission to access. |

User Name |
The name of the user. |
|
Role |
The role in which the user accesses the payroll. |
Note: The same user may hold different roles for the same payroll. The extent of his/her accessibility to the payroll may differ for each role that the user holds

From Date |
The date from which the user has been provided permissions to access the payroll |
|
To date |
The date until which the user has been provided permissions to access the payroll. |
