Salary Register
Select the “Salary Register” link under the “Payroll Reports” business component.
The “Salary Register” page appears.
The system displays the following field.
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. Tell me more |
Enter the following:
Reporting Unit |
From the drop-down list box, select the reporting unit for which you require to generate the salary register report. Tell me more. |
To specify report criteria
Enter the following in the “Report Criteria” group box:
Employment Unit |
From the drop-down list box, select the employment unit for which you require to generate the salary register report. |
Payroll |
From the drop down list box select the required payroll for which you require to generate the salary register report. |
Payset |
From the drop down list box select the required payset for which you require to generate the salary register report. The system loads the payset drop-down list box with the values on selecting the required payroll. |
Pay Period |
The pay period for which you require to generate the salary register report. |
Payroll Status |
From the drop-down list box, select the payroll status for which you require to generate the salary register report. The valid options are “Authorized” and “Processed”. |
To generate the salary register report
Select the “Salary Register” pushbutton to generate the salary register report.
The system launches an excel sheet. You can click on the “Salary Register” work sheet to view the salary register details.
