Viewing employee eligibility, for the increment set
Ensure that you are in the “View Increment Set Definition” page, and the details of the increment set are currently displayed.
Select the “View Increment Eligibility” link.
The “View Increment Eligibility” page appears. The system displays the following:
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. |
Increment Unit |
The organization unit that you had selected in the previous page |
Increment Set ID |
The ID of the increment set that you had selected in the “Select Increment Set” page. |
Department |
The name of the department for which the eligibility applies. |
Process All Employees |
If this box is checked, it indicates that all the employees under the department are eligible for the increment set. |
Employee Eligibility Rule |
The name of the stored procedure rule that determines the employees who re eligible for the increment set. |
Note: Only one of the three options is applicable for determining the eligibility of the employees: “Process All Employees“, “Employee Eligibility Rule, or the information in the “Specify Grade Set-Grades for Increments” multiline
The system displays the following in the multiline, for all the grade set-grade combinations that are eligible
Grade Set |
The grade set that is eligible for the increment set, in combination with the grade specified alongside. |

The grade that is eligible for the increment set |

The description of the grade |
Select |
Only if this box is checked does the system consider the grade set-grade combination for processing. |
