Viewing the error log
Select “Error Log” link from the “Set Balance Process Status” page.
The “Error Log” page appears. The system displays the following fields.

Date |
The date format applicable to the login user. |

Increment Unit |
The organization unit you selected in the previous page |
|
Increment Set ID |
The ID of the increment set you selected in the previous page |
Enter the following
|
Session ID |
The Session ID that identifies the increment set that is either processed or authorized. |
|
Error Type |
Choose either “Critical” or “Warning”, to indicate the type of error whose details you want to view. |
The system displays the following fields in the multiline, for the error type you selected.

Error Type |
The type of error, which is either “Critical” or “Warning”. |
|
Error |
A short description of the error. |
Enter any remark pertaining to an error, in the “Remarks” field in the multiline.
Select the Save pushbutton, to save the remarks pertaining to the error.
