Setting security permissions for business rules
Select the “Business Rules Security Permissions” hyperlink in the “Maintain Stored Procedure” page.
The system displays the “Business Rules Security Permissions” page.
The system displays the following details at the top of the page.

The description of the business rule for which security permissions are being set. |

The unique id of the rule. |

To set permissions to use the business rule
Specify the type of security permissions i.e., “Private”, “Public” or “Selective”. The system displays the names of the users applicable for the specified permission type. You can set security permissions to the required users in the specified permission type.
Select the “Private” check box if the security permissions type is private.
Select the “Public” check box if the security permissions type is public.
Select the “Selective” check box if the security permissions type is selective.
Select the “Get Users” pushbutton. The system displays in the multiline below the names of users applicable to the specified permission type.
To set permissions to users
Select the “Allow” check box corresponding to the required user name in the multiline.
To set permissions to edit the business rule
Specify the type of security permissions i.e., “Private”, “Public” or “Selective”. The system displays the names of the users applicable for the specified permission type. You can set security permissions to the required users in the specified permission type.
Select the “Private” check box if the security permissions type is private.
Select the “Public” check box if the security permissions type is public.
Select the “Selective” check box if the security permissions type is selective.
Select the “Get Users” pushbutton. The system displays in the multiline below the names of users applicable to the specified permission type.
To set permissions to users
Select the “Allow” check box corresponding to the required user name in the multiline.
Select the “Save” pushbutton to save the details.
