Select the employment unit for which you want to view mapping of various attendance booths to various cost centers. The drop-down list box contains list of all the cost centers for which you have permissions to view the mapping details. Tell me more.

The booth number of the attendance booth mapped to a cost center. |

The booth number will be in the identical format in which the ARS records it. | |

Cost Center Code |
The code of the cost center to which the attendance booth is mapped. |

From Date |
The start date from which the mapping of booth number to the cost center comes into effect. |

To date |
The date until which the mapping of the booth to the cost center is effective |

If this date is displayed, it implies that this specific booth-cost center mapping is invalid beyond this date | |

Organization Unit |
The unit to which the cost center is mapped. |

Status |
The status of the record. One among the following values is displayed. “Yes” or “No”. Yes indicates that the mapping is active and “NO” indicates that the mapping is inactive. |

Use this page to view the mapping of attendance booths to cost centers, in an organizational unit group.
When this page appears, you are to select the -employment unit for which you need to view attendance booth-cost center mapping.
Subsequently, the system will display the following information.
The booth number for each attendance booth, and the code of the specific cost center to which this booth is mapped. The booth number will be in the identical format in which the ARS records it.
The start date from which the mapping took effect
The date until which the mapping was effective. The end date is normally displayed only when the specific attendance booth-cost center mapping has been terminated. Beyond this date, the attendance booth is unmapped from the cost center. Note that there could be following entries where the attendance booth is again mapped to the same or a different cost center.
