Maintaining stored procedure
Select the “Define Rule” hyperlink.
The “Maintain Stored Procedure” page appears.
To define a new rule
Specify the following details.
Rule For |
From the drop-down list box, select the business process for which the details are to be defined. |
Rule ID |
An unique id to identify the rule. |
Rule Description |
The description of the rule. |
Use the “Stored Procedure Builder” group box to define a new rule.
After the rule is defined, select the “Compile” pushbutton at bottom of the page.
The system compiles the new rule and displays values in the “Parameters” and “Database Variables” multilines beside the stored procedure builder.
To modify a rule
Specify values in "Rule For" drop-down list box and the rule Id.
Select the "Get" pushbutton. The system will display all the details in the "Store Procedure group box. The related parameters and variables are also displayed in "Parameters" and "Database Variables" group box respectively. After necessary modifications are made, select the "Compile" pushbutton. The changes get updated.
To delete a rule
Select the “Delete” pushbutton to delete the rule.
To set security permissions for the business rules
Select the “Business Rules Security Permissions” hyperlink.
The system displays the “Business Rules Security Permissions” page.
Use this page to define or modify a rule.
