Viewing the attendance type

Ensure that you are in the “Select Attendance Type” page and the required attendance type is selected.
Select “View Attendance Type” hyperlink at the bottom of the page.
The “View Attendance Type ” page appears.
The system displays the following fields.

Payroll General Info. Unit |
The payroll general information unit selected in the previous page. |
|
Date Format |
The date format applicable to the login user. Tell me more |
|
Language |
The language, you selected in the previous page. |
|
Attendance Code |
The attendance code of the attendance type record selected in the previous page |
|
Attendance Description |
The description of the of the attendance type record selected in the previous page |
|
Period Unit Description |
The period unit in which the selected attendance type is recorded. |
|
Attendance Entry Mode |
The mode of attendance entry of the selected attendance type record. One among the following values are displayed. “Direct Entry”, "Formula based” and “ARS” |
|
Day wise Attendance |
One of the two values are selected viz. “Yes” or “No” “Yes indicates that the daywise attendance details are maintained and “NO” indicates that day wise attendance details are not maintained. |
|
Rule |
The name of the rule attached to the attendance type record. |
|
Access Data History |
By default the system displays the latest history of the attendance type record. |
|
By selecting the “Previous”, or ”Next” pushbuttons, you can view the history of changes made to the Attendance type record. |
You can view the comments entered if any.
|
Comments |
The comments that have entered earlier. |
To view the attendance type details in another language
Ensure that you are in the “View Attendance Type” page, and the attendance type details are displayed
Choose the required language from the ”Language” drop-down list box.
The fields in the page are displayed in the language you had selected in the “Language” drop-down list box.
Note: If you are accessing the record in the selected language for the first time, the record is displayed in the language in which it has been created.
