Viewing the pay slip details

Select the “Pay Slip” link from the left pane.
The “View Pay Slip” page appears.
The system displays the following details of the logged in employee in the header:

Employee |
The unique code and name of the employee. |
Enter the following header details:
|
Assignment No. |
The assignment number for which you require to view the pay slip details. |

Process Period |
From the drop-down list box, select the process period for which you require to view the pay slip details. The system loads the drop-down list box with the process period applicable for the selected assignment. |

Payroll - Payset |
From the drop-down list box, select the payroll - payset for which you require to view the pay slip details. The system loads the drop-down list box with the payroll - pasyet details applicable for the selected process period. |
The system displays the following details upon selecting the process period.

Process Period From |
The start date of the selected process period. |
|
Process Period To |
The end date of the selected process period. |
Select the "Get" pushbutton.
The system displays the following header details
|
Currency |
The currency in which the salary is paid to the employee. |
|
Gross Pay |
The gross pay amount will be the sum of all the earnings against the pay elements applicable to the employee. |
|
Deductions |
The deductions amount will be the sum of all the deductions against the pay elements applicable to the employee. |
|
Net Pay |
The net pay amount will be the amount obtained after subtracting the total deduction amount from the gross pay of the employee. |
The system displays the following in the multiline.

Pay Element Description |
A description of the pay element. Example Basic Pay, Conveyance. |
|
Payments |
The amount paid to the employee against the pay element. |
|
Deductions |
The amount deducted from the gross pay against the pay element. |
|
Assign. |
The assignment number for which the pay element details are applicable. |
Select the “View Pay Slip” pushbutton to view the pay slip details of the logged in employee.
