Payroll Employee Self Service – An Overview

Through the IRAS Reports activity, you can generate the employee reports required by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).

Through the View Pay slip activity, you can view the details of his or her pay slip for a given process period.

The View Pay Slip page launches the latest authorized process period, which is automatically identified, and the details are displayed on the screen.  The user has the option to select the process period for which he/she wants to view the pay slip.  The system displays

• The general details of the employee for the earnings and deductions, gross salary and the net salary of the employee.

• The payment details for each pay element
