Entering the increment details for employees
Select the “Increment Details – Employee Level” link from left pane.
The “Increment Details – Employee Level” page appears.
The system displays following.
Date Format |
The date format as applicable to the login user. Tell me more |
Enter the following.
Organization Unit |
From the drop-down list, select the required organization unit. Tell me more |
Increment Type |
From the drop-down list, select the type of the increment. The drop-down list displays the values “Annual Increment”, “Promotion Increment”, and “Merit Increment”. |
Increment Effective From |
The date from which the increment will be effective. Help Available |
Assessment From |
The date from which the assessment year begins. |
Assessment To |
The date when the assessment year ends. |
Grade Set |
To view employees belonging to a specific grade set, enter the code of the grade set. Help Available |
Department |
To view employees belonging to a specific department, enter the code of the department. Help Available |
Select the “Get” pushbutton to retrieve the existing entries, if any.
Enter / edit the following in the multiline.
Employee Code |
The unique code that identifies an employee. Help Available |
Employee Name |
The system displays the name of the employee corresponding to the employee code that you entered. |
Amount/Percent |
From the drop-down list, select whether you want to specify the Increment as an “Amount” or “Percentage”. |
Value |
The value for the selected amount/percent. The system will consider this value during the increment processing for the employee. |
Select the “Save” pushbutton.
The system saves the details entered.
Select the “Delete” pushbutton.
The system deletes the existing entries.
