Viewing the CPF transfer information

Select the “CPF Transfer Information” link from left pane.
The “CPF Transfer Information” page appears.
The system displays the following.

Date Format |
The date format as applicable to the login user. Tell me more |
Enter the following.

Organization Unit |
From the drop-down list, select the required organization unit. Tell me more |
|
Payroll Calendar |
From the drop-down list, select the payroll calendar to which the process period is mapped. |
|
Process Period |
The process period for which you want to view the CPF transfer information. Help Available |
Select the “Get” pushbutton to view the CPF transfer information.
The system displays the following in the multiline.

Advice Code |
The unique session ID that the system generates during the CPF download. |
|
Credit Date |
The date that was captured during the CPF download. |
|
Authorized |
“A” is displayed to indicate the records are authorized. |
|
Total No. Of Employees |
The number of employees who are considered during the CPF download. |
|
Total Employees Paid |
The total number of employees excluding those for whom CPF was withheld. See No. Of Withhold Employees. The CPF will be withheld for those employees for whom salary is withheld. |

The number of employees for whom the status is “Hold” in the “Hold/Release Payroll Process” page activity of the “Employee Payroll Setup” component. | |

Total Amount Paid |
The total sum of the amounts under each element displayed in the columns of the multiline. |
|
Additional Wage |
The total sum of the additional wages paid to all the employees. |
|
Ordinary Wage |
The total sum of the ordinary wages paid to all the employees. |
|
CPFEE |
The total sum of the CPF (Employee’s Contribution) of the employees. |
|
CPFER |
The total sum of the CPF (Employer’s Contribution) of the employees. |
|
SDL |
The total sum of the amount towards the Skill Development Levy of the employees. |
|
MBMF |
The total sum of the amount towards the Mosque Building and Mendaki Fund of the employees. |
|
SINDA |
The total sum of the amount towards the Singapore Indian Development Association of all the employees. |
|
CDAC |
The total sum of the amount towards the CDAC of all the employees. |
|
ECF |
The total sum of the amount towards the Eurasian Community Fund of all the employees. |

Share |
The total sum of the amount towards the Share of all the employees. |
|
SDL Count |
The number of employees who have contributed to the SDL. |
|
MBMF Count |
The number of employees who have contributed to MBMF. |

SINDA Count |
The number of employees who have contributed to the SINDA. |

The number of employees who have contributed to the CDAC. |
