Bonus Type

From the drop-down list, select the type of bonus.

The drop-down list displays the values “Annual Wages Supplement”, “Hong Paw”, and “Profit Sharing”.

Bonus Components

If the bonus type selected is “Profit Sharing”, then the bonus component must also be selected.

The drop-down list displays the values “Fixed Component”, and “Flexi Component”.

Bonus Year

The year for which the bonus rates are applicable.  Help Available

Payable Period

The process period in which the bonus element is payable to the employees.  Help Available

Bonus From Date

The starting date of the bonus year.

Bonus To Date

The ending date of the bonus year.

Join Date Till

The date till which the new joiners will be considered for the bonus.  Employees joining after this date will not be considered for the bonus payment.

For example, If the employee joined on 15-Nov-2003, and Join Date Till is specified as 14-Nov-2003 he/she will not be considered for bonus.

Base Salary As On

The basic salary of the employees as on this date will be considered for computation of the bonus amount.

Grade Set

The unique code that identifies a grade set. Help Available

Fixed %

The rate of bonus that is payable when the bonus type is “Annual Wages Supplement”, “Hong Paw”, or “Profit Sharing – Fixed Component”.

Flexi 1 %

The rate of bonus that is payable if the bonus type is “Profit Sharing – Flexi Component”.

Flexi 2 %

The rate of bonus that is payable if the bonus type is “Profit Sharing – Flexi Component”.
