The “View Appraisal Calendar” page appears. The system displays the following details of the selected appraisal calendar

Appraisal Setup Unit

The organization unit selected in the "Select Appraisal Calendar to View" page.

Date Format

The date format that is applicable to the login user.

Appraisal Type

The type of the appraisal. It can be one of the following:

  •  Annual Appraisal

  •  Confirmation Appraisal

  •  Contract End Appraisal

  • Any other user-defined through quick codes

Appraisal Calendar Code

The unique code that identifies the appraisal calendar.

Calendar Short Description

The short description of the calendar. 

Calendar Long Description

The long description of the calendar.

Inactive

Indicates whether the appraisal calendar is being used by other transactions or not.

Period From                       

The date from which the appraisal calendar starts.

Period To                            

The date on which the appraisal calendar ends.

Valid Upto

The date until which the appraisal calendar is valid. It is the date within which the appraisal exercise must be completed.

Maximum Rating

The number to indicate the maximum rating assigned for the appraisal calendar.

This number will be the same as the highest / maximum rating in the multiline.

Grading details

Rating From

The number to indicate the lower limit of the rating, for this grade.

Rating To

The number to indicate the upper limit of the rating, for this grade.

Appraisal Rating Grade

Each grade for which the ratings have been specified.

Appraisal Rating Grade Long Description

The detailed description of the appraisal rating grade.

Normalization Standard %

The normalization standard specified in percentage.

Parameters details

Appraisal Is Employee Assignment Specific

 “Yes,” indicates the appraisal is specific to the employee’s assignment.

 “No” indicates the contrary.

Appraisal Acceptance By Employee Before Countersigning Officer Review

 “Yes,” indicates that the employee will accept the appraisal, before it is given it to the countersigning officer for reviewing.

“No” indicates the contrary.

Appraisal Rating/Rate Grade Entry and Display Format

The format for the display of the Appraisal Rating/Rate Grade entry.  One of the following is displayed:

  • Objective,Overall-Rating

  • Objective,Overall-Grade

  • Obejctive,Overall-Rating&Grade

  • Objective-Rating,Overall-Grade

  • Objective-Rating,Overall-Rating&Grade

  • Objective-Grade,Overall-Rating

  • Overall-Rating&Grade,Overall-Rating

  • Overall-Rating&Grade,Overall-Grade

  • Overall-Grade,Overall-Rating&Grade

Recommendations Mandatory

Indicates whether recommendation is mandatory or not.

Initiation Appraisal Mail To

The employee to whom the initiation appraisal mail has to be sent.

Comments

Any comment about the appraisal calendar.

Select the icon on the right, to view the comments in detail.

 The system displays the following in the “Mail Alert Timeline Definition” multiline

Stage

The name of the stage.

Target Date

The target date on which the mail alert sent.

Send Alert To

The person to whom the mail alert sent for the specified stage.

Alert Before (in days)

The target date before which the mail alert sent.

Escalation To

The person to whom the mail alert escalated for the specified stage.

Escalation Alert After (in days)
