Selecting the appraisal calendar

Select the “View Appraisal Calendar” link under Appraisal Setup, from the left pane.
The “Select Appraisal Calendar to View” page appears.
Enter the following
|
Appraisal Setup Unit
|
The drop-down list box displays the set of organization units in which the Appraisal Setup component is deployed. Tell me more. From the “Appraisal Setup Unit” drop-down list box, select the organization unit, where the appraisal calendar has been defined. |

Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |
To select through Direct Entry
Enter the following in the “Direct Entry” group box, to select the required appraisal calendar record.

Appraisal Calendar Code |
The code of the appraisal calendar whose details you require to view. |
Select the “View Appraisal Calendar” link.
The “View Appraisal Calendar” page appears, showing all the details of the appraisal calendar.
To select through Search Criteria
Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box.

Appraisal Type |
From the drop-down list box, select the type of appraisals you require to view |

Appraisal Calendar Code |
Type the unique code of the appraisal calendar whose details you require to view. Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example. ECC1*, will search for those appraisal calendar codes that start with ECC1. Other examples are *ECC1 and EC*C1. |

Calendar Short Description |
Type the description of the appraisal calendar. To view all the appraisal calendar descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these appraisal calendar descriptions. |

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example: To get Annual Appraisal for Managers, type in ANNUAL*, to search for those appraisal calendar descriptions that start with ANNUAL. Other examples are *MANAGER, AN*MAN, and MAN*. |
Select the “Search” pushbutton to view the list of records satisfying the specified search criteria.
The system displays the following details for the records fetched in the “Search Results” multiline.

In the multiline, check the box contained in the appraisal calendar record whose details must be viewed.
Select the “View Appraisal Calendar” link.
The “View Appraisal Calendar” page appears, showing all the details of the selected appraisal calendar.
