Date Format |
The date format that is applicable to the login user. |

Appraisal Setup Unit |
The organization unit in which the Appraisal Setup component is deployed. |

Employment Unit |
The organization unit that holds the Employment Information component. |
To select through search criteria
Enter the following search criteria values, in some or all of the following fields.

Template Code |
To view all the template code containing specific code, type in the character(s) of the template code in any combination with wild cards. |

Template Short Description |
To view all the template short description containing specific characters, type in the character(s) of the template short description in any combination with wild cards. |

Template Long Description |
To view all the template long description containing specific characters, type in the character(s) of the template long description in any combination with wild cards. |

Select the “Search” pushbutton.
The system displays the following details that satisfy the search criteria specified, in the search results multiline.

A unique code to identify the appraisal template. |
