The organization unit to which the selected employee belongs. |

Enter the following in the “Search Criteria” group box

Objective Group |
From the drop-down list box, select the objective group from which you want to retrieve the objective details. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in "Record Appraisal Objective Parameter" activity for the selected appraisal calendar in the multiline. The system displays "Blank" by default on launch of the page. |

Objective Type |
From the drop-down list box, select the type of an objective from which you want to retrieve the objective details. The combo is loaded with the values as defined in "Record Appraisal Objective Parameter" activity for the selected appraisal calendar in the multiline. The system displays "Blank" by default on launch of the page. |

Appraisal Objective Code |
To view all objectives whose codes contain one or more specified characters, enter this character/s in combination with wild cards. |

Objective Description |
To view all objectives whose description contains one or more specified characters, enter this character/s in combination with wild cards. |

Objective Detailed Description |
To view all objectives whose detailed description contains one or more specified characters, enter this character/s in combination with wild cards. |
