Using online help

The “Help on Calendar” page appears.

The system displays the following from the previous page

Appraisal Setup Unit

The organization unit for which the appraisal calendar will be applicable

Date Format

The date format applicable to the login user

Appraisal Type

 The type of appraisal for which the employee’s appraisers must be defined

Appraisal Calendar Code

To view all calendar codes containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these calendar codes.

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards. Example. CAL1*, will search for those calendar codes that start with CAL. Other examples are *CAL and C*L*.

Calendar Short Description

To view all calendar short descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these calendar short descriptions.

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards.

Calendar Long Description

To view all calendar long descriptions containing specific characters, type in the starting character or characters of these calendar long descriptions.

Alternatively, type in these characters in any combination with wild cards.

Period From

To view all calendars that start on a specified date, enter this start date.

Period To

To view all calendars that end on a specified date, enter this end date.

Valid Upto

To view all calendars that are valid up to a specified date, enter this date.

Maximum Rating

To view all calendars with a specified maximum rating, enter this rating number.

Inactive

Use the drop-down list box to indicate whether the calendar is inactive or not. The system loads with the values "Blank", "No" and "Yes". The system displays blank by default.

The multiline displays the following details of the records that satisfy your search criteria

Appraisal Calendar Code

The unique code to identify the appraisal calendar.

Calendar Short Description

The short description of the appraisal calendar.

Calendar Long Description

The long description of the appraisal calendar.

Maximum Rating

A number to indicate the maximum rating assigned for the appraisal calendar.

Period From

The date from which the appraisal calendar starts.

Period To

The date on which the appraisal calendar ends.

Valid Upto

The date until which the appraisal calendar is valid.

Inactive

Indicates whether the calendar is inactive or not.

The previous page reappears.
