Record Appraisal Objectives – A summary of the activity
Through this activity, you can uniquely identify the objectives against which employees of an organization will be appraised, for performance. Later, you can map these objectives to an appraisal template, in the “Record Appraisal Templates” activity. Tell me more.
Preliminary details: Before identifying the appraisal objectives, you are to specify the following:
The description of the applicable appraisal setup unit. This is the organization unit in which the Appraisal Setup component is deployed.
The name of the employment setup unit.
Appraisal objective details: After you specify these preliminary details, you can record the following for each appraisal objective.
A unique code to identify the objective.
A brief description of the objective.
An in-depth description of the objective.
Indicate whether each appraisal objective is active or inactive, by choosing “Active” or “Inactive”. If you choose to maintain the objective in active status, the objective will be available for use by other Activities.
Edit appraisal objectives: You can retrieve the appraisal objectives under an appraisal setup unit and employment unit, and modify the details of each objective.
